Shipping & Delivery Policy

1. Digital Products

All digital products (templates, kits, or downloads) are delivered electronically — no physical shipping occurs.

Delivery takes place:

Immediately after payment, or

Within 24 hours, via email or a private download link (Google Drive or similar).

If you do not receive your files within 24 hours, please check your spam folder or contact us at info.hatchandtrade@gmail.com.

2. Services

For customized services (such as audits, shop tune-ups, or listing optimizations):

You will receive a confirmation email within 2 business days after purchase.

Your onboarding/intake form will be reviewed and your project start date scheduled individually.

Final delivery will be made according to the project scope described on each product page.

3. Physical Add-Ons (if applicable)

In rare cases where a product includes physical items (e.g., branded USBs or printed guides), we will ship within 3–5 business days using standard postal delivery.

You will receive an email confirmation once your parcel has been dispatched.

4. Delivery Confirmation

All deliveries — digital or physical — are considered completed once:

The download link has been sent, or

The service files have been delivered to your provided email address.
